Here are some useful sites:
www.theisraelofgodrc.com
: These people have done a lot of work at putting together a list of foods that do and do
not contain unclean meats. There are a lot of things you’d never even think about being
unclean. This is definitely a good site to bookmark although it is a little difficult to
navigate.
http://www.mazornet.com/jewishcl/Kosher/kosherorgs.htm
: Here’s a list of some common kosher symbols. These can be very helpful to know when going
through your local grocery store. Look for them not just on food containers, but dish soap
and laundry detergent too!

that it’s from a vegetarian slant, so some items listed may be clean according to Biblical
standards.
http://www.caringconsumer.com/page/CompaniesDont.pdf
: Lists companies that don’t test their products on animals. Note: if the company doesn’t have
an (*) next to it, their products may still contain animal derived ingredients.

: Believe it or not, your alcohol may be unclean! This site is from a vegetarian slant, but if
it’s marked with an “NS”, it’s likely to be unclean due to direct ingredients or being refined
with unclean ingredients (such as isinglass – gelatin from the unclean sturgeon fish).
http://www.happycow.net/north_america/usa/
: Lists restaurants and grocery stores that are vegetarian only or have vegetarian friendly offerings.
